If you're not sure where you are, there may be a few things you were hoping to find here:
This URL used to host the yearly stats for the Lawrence, KS region in NaNoWriMo. The maintainers of this hub are no longer affiliated with NaNoWriMo in any way. Some of our friends and members of our group do participate, but it's not our official scene.
Our stance is best summed up by former ML Dianne:
Hey, everyone. As we go into Camp NaNo season, we just want to let you know that our LFK Discord will be splitting off from NaNoWriMo in light of everything happening with the organization. For the most part, nothing will change. We were already unofficial last year without an ML and we are continuing on as an independent group of local writers. You’re still welcome to run sprints, talk about your projects, and carry on as though everything is normal. If you had considered volunteering as an ML at some point in the future, Usoki and I both have concerns about the new ML agreement and we don’t recommend signing it without talking to someone first. The contract appears to take all of the legal liabilities away from Nano HQ and rest them solely on the shoulders of NaNo’s volunteers. It also places requirements on MLs that are difficult to meet and will make it difficult to fulfill their position. If you're a current ML of the region hoping to find the stats code/information, I'd put everything up on GitHub: lfk-nanowrimo-stats. I can't support the project anymore, but I'm happy to answer questions when I'm able.

If you're looking for the LFK Writers' Co-Op on Facebook, the public group is still available and, when last I checked, active. The maintainers of this site are no longer admins or active in the group for personal reasons, so we can't speak to the events or anything like that — but we happily endorse anyone participating there.
